Completed as part of the facility's overall modernization and new building addition, our scope included precision installation of exterior architectural metal systems. The project features 3,000 sq. ft. of custom 17" Taylor Metal Versa-Span standing seam roofing panels paired with 500 sq. ft. of AEP Span flush wall panels, delivering a high-durability, weather-tight envelope tailored to the city's upgraded administration facility.
CDC Entrance Canopy | Salem, OR
Scope included complete sheet metal roofing and architectural cladding for the full replacement of an existing exterior entry canopy. To deliver a durable, modern entrance structure, we installed 1,300 sq. ft. of 12" AEP Span Span-Loc standing seam roof panels paired with 30 sq. ft. of premium Alpolic ACM (Aluminum Composite Material) panels by Metposite, accompanied by custom flashings to complete the protective building envelope.

Serving as part of a 2,100 sq. ft. facility expansion to add new living quarters, office space, and training areas, our scope focused on delivering a high-performance roof assembly for the station. We installed 5,000 sq. ft. of 2.6" Carlisle Insulbase continuous rigid insulation paired with 2,500 sq. ft. of 16" AEP Span Span-Loc standing seam roofing, finished with custom-fabricated sheet metal flashings to ensure complete thermal efficiency and long-term weatherproofing.
Parkworks Loading Dock | Wilsonville, OR
As part of an adaptive reuse project converting a 530 sq. ft. covered patio into a functional interior loading space with dock doors and pedestrian access, our scope focused on delivering a complete weather-tight exterior wall assembly. We installed 300 sq. ft. of AEP Span HR-36 metal wall panels, fully backed by a Henry Blueskin VP160 weather-resistive barrier (WRB) system and custom-fabricated sheet metal flashings to ensure superior building envelope performance and longevity.

We installed 1,800 sq. ft. of 1.5" NGX rigid insulation paired with 1,200 sq. ft. of AEP Span Mini-V-Beam and 600 sq. ft. of AEP Span Box Rib metal wall panels, delivering a durable, thermal-efficient profile that matches the existing facility.
